My chiropractor says that haing your baby vaginally if at all possible..is 100% the best way to go..coming through the birth canal has many benefits to the baby`s entire nervous system*** :)

I recently made this one in the Crockpot:: 2/3 bad of split green peas; 3 whole carrots (peeled and cut into cubes) 1 whole LARGE chicken breast. 4-5 cups water. I cooked it on low for about 12 hours. Then I stired it really good and I broke the chix up. Then I scooped it into the blender and pureed it
