My Nephew who is the light of my life had that when he was a little baby and he had it for quite a while...he was the first baby in our family so we worried about everything and he is just fine..i guess that cracking is normal especially if they a growing at a good healthy rate...but his kness cracked when we changed his diaper his arms did too..and trust me we werent the least bit rough..but he is A-O.K...:)
