My parents did that with me. My mom had the doc write it on a paper and put in an envelope that way my family knew but she didnt. My Gram and everyone wanted to know so they could get baby stuff. They just waited for the gender specific stuff until I was born

I`m in the same boat here. We have two daughters and decided we wouldn`t find out prior to getting pregnant but now I am sooo tempted and he said I can find out just don`t tell him but I don`t want to be having a secret for `x` amount of months. I say... brave it and go for the surprise! I do know how you feel though... I really want a boy and so want to know in advance... arghhh who gave us choices anyway!

We both had to know personally, and we`ve been told 4 times its a girl, but we still leave room for that margin of error! :-) But if you really really wanto to know, then I think you should go ahead and find out.

No! when the supprize comes, you`ll feel like you`re missing out. I`m all for knowing, but you`ve gotta know together, or be suprized together.

Go for it! I think it would be fun to be the only one to know! Think of the torture on you husband, it could make for some good times. If he doesn`t want to know, he doesn`t have to know...but you can!
