i personally think it is harder to do boys because of their sack its hard to get into all the little creases. i have 3 nieces and a little sister and i think its easier to clean them cuz its more of a flat surface(sort of)..

i have two girls one is a newborn so i`ll be changing diapers for a long time- i have to say BOYS except when they pee everywhere- i`ve changed boys b4 and they are easier when it comes to actually cleaning them

I think boys are much easier to change, all their parts are on the outside. It took forever to clean my daughter, and no time for my son.

You risk getting pee`d on by boys so for cleaning without risks I say girls but for ease of cleaning better I say boys you just lift and clean around the `jewels` to get them cleaned, girls have lots of nuks and crannies to clean so I say boys for sure!
