professorpreggers (181.8 days ago)I thought I`d be able do keep up the hectic professional life I`m used to but even in the first trimester I found myself so stressed out--I would go into these fits of rage (and I`m not an angry person)at a simple thing like a barking dog and then I would run to the internet to see if such levels of stress and hormone induced rage could hurt my baby. I ended up cutting back to a part time teaching load and now I`m not stressed at all--but yes, I was very worried how it was hurting my baby.
captshelley (183 days ago)I flipped out numerous times during my pregnancy and had a very healthy baby. She hasn`t even had a minor cold yet. She`s smiley and growing perfectly. The labor was 2 days late so stress doesn`t neccesarily equal a stressed out baby. I threw my engagement ring at DH several times, broke it off with him every month, packed all his crap and threw it outside 2 days before I delivered. It`s hard to be pregnant.
Nan639 (183.1 days ago)I`ve been stressed and I worry how it is affecting the baby. We are currently packing and moving, I am starting a new career once the baby comes, money issues. All very stressful. So far, baby`s doing great. But the past few days the BH`s have been more frequent and I know it`s because of the stress of everything. I`m pushing myself more than I should. And I`m sleeping horribly. :(
