i wouldn`t shave durning pregnancy b/c unfortunately we even get swollen down there. Think razor bumps, more skin tags, and stubble!!! I`ve waxed for a very long time (brazilian). I have such strong hair and thick hair (i know TMI) and i`ve ALWAYS had a little bleeding when waxed. BUT the hair always grows back a little thinner (when i keep up with it) and its always alot easier when you go regularly for me its every 3 weeks. I have a hard time just shaving my legs....i couldn`t imagine trying to see what i`m doing down there! I also do this for me, not the hubby....it feels better and i NEVER have to worry about razor bumps or that damn after you shave itch!! good luck!!! and sorry for the TMI :)

I`m lucky in that I don`t have a ton of hair there anyways and just trim the length- none grows on my thighs or places that a bathing suit can`t hide. I rarely even shave my legs cause the hair is blonde and think and not so noticeable. Eyebrows are 100 percent natural too (thank God caues I would hate to have to shape them- too much trouble). Do shave the pits though :) I must admit I was surprised to hear how many women are going Brazilian now too!!

I cant bear any hair there at all. i even hate it when it grows back by a few milimetres! I shave every few days although it is getting harder. next time I will get hubby to do it for me.

i dont wax, but i do shave. of course right now i cant quite see that area anymore so its kinda hard. we are lucky i can still get to my legs lol

Doing any kind of waxing during pregnancy is a little dangerous..My best friend is an Esthetician and a pregnant woman insisted on her waxing her and as she was doing it the woman started bruising and bleeding..but she still insisted on her finishing...the next day she came into the spa complaining that it looked like she got severly kicked in the groin...and she got in trouble by her boss even though she gave her the permission to do it....save people like her some trouble and wait!! :) :)

do you mean for every day wear, or during pregnancy? i used to be a lot better `groomed`, but now im having trouble even shaving my legs, let alone prettying up `down there`!

I am shocked by that too!! Thank God my husband likes the `au natural`, because I couldn`t do anything about it now even if I wanted too!
