My son was born with the bumps where his first two bottom teeth were. they came in when he was just over a month old.

I was born with a tooth, there are calcium teeth as well but my tooth was a real tooth.

my aunt in law is an ultrasound tech. & was in a birthing room for one of her good friends birth & her daughter was actually born with a tooth already. it was obviously very very small but when she opened her mouth there it was. a tiny white piece of the tooth sticking out. Hey, I didn`t believe her when she told me until she showed me the little girls picture from the hospital. It can happen.
