I`m pretty sure the pain is due to the rippening or your cervix.. different from the effacment. I use to describe it as the baby trying to claw its way out! Good Luck

i just went to the hosp with the worst pain ever. thought it was labor pains cuz the pain was so sharp and got crampy and it went through to my back. turns out it was kidney stones. but it started as a sharp pain in my low abdomen.

Hi: I suggest that you call and tell your doctor!! The baby might be way to low like my son is, I am 34 weeks and he is laying on my cervix face down.. SO you might need a cercloge to hold him or her in, and better safe then sorry!! Call the Doctor!!

I cant exactly say its normal but i had that alot during my second pregnancy. And even this time I have been having that feeling already. Also im carrying low so maybe this has something to do with it but i suggest you call your doc anyways! Good Luck
