I found it was more so in the night time. My son would always wake up in the middle of the night two or three times when he was teething. That was the first time since he was two weeks old that he didnt sleep threw the night.

no time at all. he just bites whatever he wants i guess when he gets an itch to, but he has his 2 bottomw teeth all the way out. i`m guessing the top 2 are next. Maybe he`s just a tough little guy & doesn`t get so fussy that i know, `oh its his teeth bugging him` but if you`re baby gets fussy use baby orajel. i have some handy, just in case it does bother him.
