laurie (1394.5 days ago) i had the worst nausea in the 1st trimester. i found that if i constantly snacked on things like dried fruits and drank juice i woodnt get it. my dr told me the reason as to y preg women get sik is coz their blood suger level gets low. so keep snacks around n it will b fine! worked 4 me!

ginger (1395.5 days ago) This is my third pregnancy but the first that I had nausea. I felt just like you. It was terrible!! The best thing for me was grapefruit. I must have eaten 5 a day. Also, find some ginger gum. It will all pass honey in what seems like overnight. I still have not gotten over the tiredness. Good luck!
tto (1395.5 days ago) I haven`t had that exact experience, but I tried to eat a lot of crackers so I never got hungry and therefore sick. It really helped me to eat Preggo Pops which are really sour candies for PG women, and peppermint gum. All of those tricks worked for me- also, don`t let yourself get too hungry. Even eat something good with protein and carbs before bed.
