mine took 3-4 days to come in and my baby was screaming his head off because he was hungry so i had to supplement with formula in the hospital even though i didnt want to, but after a week he was on only breastmilk

It can but the sucking regularly of the baby...more than it asks for in the first few days seems to do the trick... I do not remember either of mine having a hard tme but the nurses were always making me wake them and feed them to help increase the milk production...

from hat I understand breastmilk `comes in` by the loss of the placenta x so it doesnt matter how you give birth x
