Pregnancy-poll poll I`m 31 weeks and in the last few days feel like I am getting my period. Not period cramps but you know the feeling you got right before your period was coming? Has anyone else had this happen?

i didnt feel those `menstrual cramps` til the nite before i went in labor...b/c i couldnt sleep then after 2hrs i started timing them and they were 5-10min apart...after an hour they were 3min apart so hospital admitted me and a couple hours later baby was here!!!

I have had that feeling throughout the entire pregnancy, and the feeling is very subtle. My midwife told me Friday that this is normal and that they will get more noticeable and stronger as time goes on.

Totally normal! Good luck to you!

That`s the same I started feeling early 30 wks. They are the first contractions, as my Dr told me. They may come and go randomly, sometimes keeping you from sleeping well at night. If at one point you feel so much uncomfortable, you can take Tylenol. Later in the pregnancy, when they start coming back regularly, these are the contractions you time. They`re not regular for me yet, and I`m already mid week 37.

That sounds normal. they say you go through another growth spur around week 30 and you will notice pulling and twinges like you had earlier on in pregnancy. if you feel contractions i would call doctor as this could be preterm. good luck and most likely nothing to worry about
