jenakers (144.3 days ago)Morse code? We use interperative dance!;)
kater (144.5 days ago)eeek, i hate baby talk! it just makes things so much more confusing, i mean why call it a `bot-bot` if its a bottle, and the poor child will just have to re-learn the english language all over again. i say speak to babys in the same way you will expect them to speak when they are older
mommy2be707 (144.7 days ago)i plan on normal talk and baby sign language :]
sadielady (145 days ago)i usually talked to him in a normal voice, but i also used to the loveydovey baby talk,, it makes babies smile. as he got older i used sign language to teach him. it was really helpful! good luck.
us-n-kenzie (145 days ago)I never used baby words with my daughter. Example, it was a dog or a puppy...not a puppy dog. A cat or a kitten...not a kitty, etc. It drove me nuts to hear baby talk. One day we were playing with some of her friends at the park (the kids were about 4) and one kid fell. He came to his mom and said he had a `boo-boo`. My daughter looked at me and asked what that was. I told her he had a scrape on his knee and she said `Well, why didnt he just say that?` LoL.
