Oh and after your baby outgrows the pampers swaddlers....my advice would be to switch to the pampers cruisers. You can go to their website also and sign up to get coupons every month to help keep cost down :)

From many years of experience in childcare as well as being a mommy...you cant find a better diaper than the pampers swaddlers! They are very soft, have lots of stretch and didnt irritate my son`s sensitive skin. Huggies would be my second choice but ONLY if your having a girl. For some reason they tend to let little boys pee right out the top of them lol.

we had recieved a lot of diapers at a baby shower and out of all of them, my favorite are the huggies. Never any leaks and retains a lot. i do however prefer papmers Newborns, but after the newborn size they fit my daughter very awkward/

I remember using name brand for the first couple months....generic work just as well and are way cheaper. I loved LUVS!!!

Depends on your baby. Some babies have more leaks in one brans vs another, base on the shape of their bottom or maybe the force of their explosions!

oh yeah ~ BJ`s generic diapers are awesome!! Love them more then huggies or pampers and I know what you are saying about the smell of pampers, I never get that with the other kinds and I dont care for the smell ~ Little Tikes sells generic ones too and they sell at Big Lots and I got some and they were awesome too ~ you just have to try to see what works best for yoru baby :)

I agree that different diapers fit differently on diff babies. I liked pampers because they were softer but they have a funny smell to them when they wee, We also had the occassional leak. With Huggies they were bigger/bulkier but we had less leak issues because they seem to hold more. We ultimatly went with Huggies but I will use anything I`m given even generic.

pampers love them, huggies always look really bulky on a baby and they have leaked though with both my children.
