I like the names Lily and Isabella, but not squooshed together like that. Lily Belle sounds better to my ears (less vowels). Keep in mind that Isabella is a variant of Elizabeth, and other - FAR less common - versions of Elizabeth are Alisabet and Elisabet. Or, how about: Lily Margot or Lily Isolde?
