tto (131.1 days ago)I`ve had that many times recently. As long as you don`t have any other symptoms of labor, you should be ok. Like, back pain, anything that looks like you lost your mucus plug or your water broke. If it is labor, they`ll get worse even if you walk some, eat, change positions. Drinking a lot of water will help. I got them like that after strenuous days.
johnsokor (131.1 days ago)With my first I would have Bh for hours and thought that I was going into labor. walking around and drinking milk helps alot. If they don`t go away try laying on your left side and put you feet up it seems to help alot. good luck
kater (131.4 days ago)i have heaps of braxton hicks too, and yes it is normal. like christy said, if we went to L&D every time we had more that the 5 or so they say, wed never et out of there! just relax, and try changing positions
Christy (131.6 days ago)I`m 35 1/2 weeks and last saturday I had BH`s ALL DAY long!! I finally decided to count them for an hour and had 11 in one hour. They were like between 5-6 minutes apart and lasting about a minute but they weren`t apinful and they didn`t change their pattern so I knew it was nothing. I know my doctor says to come into L&D if there is more than 5-6 in an hour before 36 weeks but if that were the case I would be there every week!!! (which, by the way, isn`t cheap!!) I wouldn`t worry unless you are at risk for pre-term labor.
