i like it but who cares what other people think, they always get use to it and start to like it. we named our daughter keanna which is very unique in the uk and nobody liked it but now they love it and says it really suits her x

Well considering the spelling and most ppl will pronounce this Jewel, I think it may be a little feminine.What if you would add something onto the end...Joeldun(sounds like Holden or Colton which are popular now)

If you like uniqueness, odd looks are a good sign. No one liked my name when my mother chose it (Jeanette) but I`m super proud of it. Enjoy the odd looks, and go with what you really like.
