I also believe its wrong what shes doing but its her place to tell him not yours. What kind of friend would you be if you told him. I think you should really try to convince her to tell him and tell her to use protection from now on or dont have sex at all. Why would she want to put someone in a situation shes in right now.

thanks for all the comments. even though i think she should tell him, especially because what shes doing is probably exactly how whoever gave it to her did, it really is her decision. im the only one who knows and its not my place, but i just feel like i need to try and convince her to tell him,, just dont know how.

This is gonna sound really bad but I don`t think it`s any of your business. The right thing is for her to tell him of course, but this doesn`t affect you or your life so just leave her alone. You can tell her how you feel, but in the end it is her decision to tell people. If you go behind her back and tell everyone who she slept with, you will hate you.

Genital herpes sucks to have! She should totally tell him and be careful because even with protection (condoms) she can still spread it, whether or not shes having an outbreak. It can have severe consequences if spread to her child at birth when she does get pregnant, not to mention that it is quite often accompanied with some form of HPV, which in some cases can cause cervical cancer. She knows how bad it is, so she should protect others from it by disclosing it to lovers, using protection, and receiving supressive therapy.

You can spread that even with protection at anytime! She should definately be telling ppl b4 she sleeps with them. I mean...how did she get it...my guess would be sum jerk that never told her. Does she really wanna be that person??

I say anonymously tell him to get tested and then truly rip a strip off of your friend for having unprotected sex with a partner that`s not in the know. My brother has GH and he ALWAYS discloses before having unprotected sex - if a relatioship fails because of it, it`s the wrong relationship...

You need to say something to her!!! She needs to tell any sex parteners about it and use protection!!!!
