yeah i had a cyst the size of a softball in my right ovary but all the pain was on the left i was confused too. I had surgery and had the cyst removed it was 10 years ago before i had children and i rember it as a dull acheing and when i did too much which was everyday i was a waitress at the time it would get really bad and stabbing pain.

oh and to answer where i got it... lower abdo..right side but my cyst was on my left ovary.. ( i was confused lol)

i didnt know ihad mine at first i started to get a few minor cramps butthen i just went to sit down and boom i got this unbearable pain in my right side.. i couldnt walk.. i couldnt even breath propperly i was at my bfs house and i had to CRAWL to the bathroom with him supporting me because i was in that much agony the next day it was so intece no matter how i sat or stood or layed down it was there and in the end i got took into hospital also.. when i was crying.. igot a VERYn sharp pain in my shoulder..the doctors didnt know what it was but id only ever got that pain when i had the cyst i actually foujd outiw aspregnant when i got rushed into hosp they gave me morphene( dont think i spelt that right..) they had to give me more then normal.. i stayed in over night and i was connected to a drip.. iw as aloud home the next day but i still had cramping nothing like how it was ,.just uncomfortable i didnt have to have anything done or anything and to be honest i think the only reason they kept me in over night was because i was 5 weeks preg x
