Don`t worry, same thing happened to my daughter. You didn`t do anything wrong, they just have chubby legs. Wait til the bruises go away and either use the snugli in moderation or switch to a stroller.

Aloha! ;) I have the Peanut Shell sling, the Hotslings sling, and and Ergo baby carrier. I agree with RobinG -- make BabyBjorn aware. Return the product as well. When you go to replace it, try on several different brands and put Nolan in there. That`s what we did and hubby found Ergo to be the best for his shape/size. Good luck.

I would take a picture and contact the maker and file a complaint ~ they should be made aware of this ~ things our babies uses are recalled or taken off the market becuase parents complain, if you dont then they will not know what this has done and it will remain on the market ~ (((()))) Hugs
