I had mine striped with my first and went into to labor about 6 hrs later and had my baby about 5 hrs after that, so it worked very well for me just remember to stay active and on your feet walking. I will be having mine striped again at 38 weeks, i`m 34 weeks now. Good Luck!

Dont get your hopes up...it doesnt work for everyone...it didtn work for me with my first and they did 3 times! But they say if its gonna work that labor should start within 24 hours i think

I had mines stipped 3 times in my first pregnancy. I had a show and lots of contractions but I went over by 10 days
