My son has sensitive skin like I`ve got, and breaks out in little rashes everywhere. He even had egzema (sp) on his head. I used vaseline on every thing, and it clears it up in a day or so. :D

I used Burt`s Bees and never had a problem still to this day(6 months)

From my experience, they don`t need a diaper cream every time unless there is a problem. I used Aquaphor because it doens`t sting like the other kinds. It is more like petroleum jelly.

I am a huge fan of A&D. Smear a little of it every diaper change, it will help create a barrier.
