Not sure but I`d insist on the PAPP-A protein blood work ~ combined with the NT scan it is 90% accurate in detecting a chromosome concern ~ it has to be done before 14 weeks so best to call and request it ~ I found not all docs offer it (its not the same as the trip/quad blood tests) shocks me not all docs offer it I was high risk at 40 and my genecists said it is very helpful. It is a finger tip prick for blood.
