Pregnancy-poll poll How long after stopping your medicine to prevent labor did you go into labor? I am on Nifedipine. I was put on last week when I went into labor. The doctor wants me to stop taking this week. I am already dilated to 2 and 50% effaced. I was wondering if anyone else has taken this or close and how long after they stopped did labor happen? I`m paranoid!!!

I have been off procardia for a week now...still no baby.

I was on Nifedipine from week 32 through 34. I was 2cm and 80% effaced. After getting of the meds I still had contractions every 10 minutes until I delivered my baby at 37 weeks + 3 days.
