tto (87.2 days ago)my son was 3 1/2-this came quite awhile after he was able to be dry all day with no accidents. He still has an occasional accident.
jenny504 (89.7 days ago)I just trained during the day and at night put a pull up diaper on him and he just stopped peeing in it so i stopped putting them on him and he was 2 and a few months. His grandmother started nagging me to start traing when he was 18 months and i said no cause i could just tell he was still to little, he still seemed so babyish and i did not want to scar him trying too early. My bro`s son was like 4 and i am not sure if he still has accidents or not. Just go with your instincts if you are getting ready to pottytrain it has alot to do with your child and there personality. I have a 3 month old son now i hope it goes as well as it did with the first son..............but i got this feeling it`s not lol
lskill (90 days ago)both my girls were 3 when they were dry thru the night
UKMama (90.3 days ago)Almost 4, 3.5, 3.5 & just gone 2. I waited until they started to want to go to the loo themselves in the day. With the exception of the last one, getting dry at night was some months later.
kater (90.9 days ago)i potty trained my daughter when she was 28 months, and she had a `training time of around 3-4 months, until she was reliably trained, and was dry at night from this time on. i feel i was terribly lucky though, most arnt dry at night for a loooong time after they are trained by day. every child is different, in my SIL family, all the girls have accidents well into their teens (this goes back generations) and the doctors dont know why, so my SIL was a bit funny about my daughter being done so easily. but i dont know if there IS a `normal` age, just what is normal for your child
tiredmommy (90.9 days ago)My daughter just turned 3 and is wearing panties all day and is doing great! (She doesn`t poop on the potty though, but accidents are rare when I pay close attention.) She is staying dry at night most of the time now too. I still use a diaper/pullup when she`s sleeping, but she`s doing great.
RobinG (91.2 days ago)Agreed ~ my son was 3 plus when potty trained, still wore pullups at night til 4 and had an occassional accident til about 4.5 ~ and although rare had some when older too but very rare ~
KateOhm (91.2 days ago)My son is 4 years old and he still has accidents at night.
