I saw the doctor when I got my FIRST positive test (well, first 7 positive tests) and all they did was take a urine sample to confirm that I was pregnant and scheduled an ultrasound and blood work and took history and information. I went back at 11 weeks and had my ultrasound done at 13 weeks, which is when we found out that the math was all wrong and I was only 11 weeks and had been 2 weeks off the entire time.

I didn`t even see the `doctor` until I was 11 weeks pregnant and it was my first baby. At 6 weeks, I went in and talked to the nurse and he took all of my information and history down. But, I know that all doctors are different.

all drs are different. i found out i was pregnant at 6wks and they did an u/s on me that day just to make sure there was a baby there after they gave me a pregnancy test-mainly b/c i had brown blood coming out (which was my original point in going to the drs)-so i only got one b/c they wanted to make sure i wasnt having a m/c.
