sgtoodles (40.4 days ago)HI-
I didn`t buy actual nursing gowns, instead I bought a pair of women`s pajamas at Sears. The shirt buttons all the way so you can unbutton it for feeding time. I think it was about $20 or so for the pajamas. I also bought a nightgown from Sears that has 4 buttons. I found that if I bought a size bigger than my normal, the opening at the top when you unbutton it, is big enough for feeding. It was probably around $20 also.
Good luck!
leahs (40.6 days ago)I always wore men`s pj`s, the ones with the pant style bottoms and button up tops, I still wear them to this day.
UKMama (40.6 days ago)If you buy cotton jersey ones and simply cut slits down each boob line, they don`t fray after one wash and you can sew a little velcro or a press-stud to keep them closed. I found a spagetti strap nighty best though. I had the straps as loose as poss so when I came to feed I could just let the strap fall and take that side of the nighty down with it, exposing my bra/boob. Good luck with your search!

kater (40.9 days ago)i never bothered with `nursing` nightgowns, i just looked for regular ones which could easily be lifted or opened, and they worked just fine! plus when i shop with hubby, he thinks all the maternity ones are too granny-like, and says dont buy them, they are too horrible-he prefers me to look a bit younger i think :)
coltonsmom (41.1 days ago)Walmart! That`s where I got mine, and I just did a search online. The first one I came to was only $11.96. Throw this in your browser: http://www.walmart.com/search/search-ng.do?search_constraint=0&search_query=nursing+nightgown&ic=48_0
