carlsonlove757 (73.9 days ago)My husband came to all 3 of my showers. He always said he wanted to be there, and of course I wanted him there. I thought it was nice to have the father included and I think it def helps to sort of get them introduced to all of the new stuff that he is going to be using to take care of his baby. At 2 of the showers he was the only guy and for the other shower, we actually invited a bunchof his friends and cousins and guys from my work that are friends, so there were about 7 guys at that shower and they all seemed to have fun! They played games too!
cdr (75.3 days ago)I had my husband come towards the end of the shower while I was opening gifts
minmoo (75.7 days ago)I think it is a great idea. My husband felt so left out with both of my showers. Poor guy. Maybe with this third one I will say to have a baby shower for him instead of me, or maybe i will make it for all of us. I think that would be more fun and i bet more people would show up to have fun.

hotpotaaaaato (77.1 days ago)hubby had one with our first... we had it at the park and BBQ`d hotdogs and burgers and they set up volleyball and had a great time. I sat on the bench and ate and opened presents... what could be better?!?! haha.
monica9 (77.4 days ago)just invite his family and friends to yours. have him come for the 2nd half of the party that wayh they are able to see him too.
KateOhm (77.5 days ago)Me and my hubby`s best friend`s wife were due within a month of each other so they did a `change the baby party` together. They invited all of their male family and friends over to play pool and drink beer. Everyone who came had to bring a pack of diaper, a pack of wipes and a case of beer. It sounded like it was a great night!
sadielady (77.5 days ago)we had a co-ed shower with our first, it was nice.
lskill (77.6 days ago)We did, but it wasn`t planned. My sister-in-law had the baby a week before our shower, so my brother was the guest of honor and opened all the presents. It was great. Especially since he is our family. (Not that she is not, but you know what I mean) It was also funny to have to explain some of the presents. He had no idea what some things were, how to use it or why you would need them. If you`re going to have 2 showers, I would totally recommend having the mom`s family focus on the mom and the dad`s family shower focus on the dad. It was fabulous.
lisa-82 (77.6 days ago)a co-ed baby shower is actually starting to be more common so that the daddy-to-be`s are involved.
coltonsmom (77.6 days ago)My husband and I live in FL. We`re both from 2 different states, I`m from MA and he`s from Wisconsin. We had an `on-line` shower of sorts, I just registered at Target and people sent gifts in the mail through online purchases. But my mother-in-law actually hosted a baby shower in Wisconsin, video taped it and then sent a big care pakage to us with the video to watch. It was really beautiful!
