i dont sleep that good cause my upper back alway hurts and i have pain in my groin area when i move around plus my arms fall asleep alot and tingle. this has been going on for awhile now but i only have 4 days left so u can make it through it!!!

couldnt sleep towards the end b/c i would get shooting pain in my left butt cheek lol, and my hands would fall asleep and tingle, plus i should have just slept on the toilet considering i was there more of the time than in bed.

Sometimes I can`t sleep because of the aches and pains, but more often than not I can`t sleep just due to not being tired. I lay there any my mind won`t go to sleep. My body is tired, but my mind won`t cooperate. It`s very frustrating. I had to call in sick to work yesterday since I didn`t sleep 1 minute the night before.

So many aches and pains....Try these things, don`t drink anything 2 hours before bed. Sleep with a body pillow. If you don`t have one roll up a big blanket or, put a pillow between your knees ankles and another under your belly. I literally had a pillow fortress around me so I could roll over and not have to bring all of the pillows.

Oh and btw I think that I get up 4-7 times some nights. Luckily others I don`t have to get up at all, just wake up for discomfoft.

I have a three year old son, so I have had inconsistent sleep for nearly 4 years. That includes my pregnancy with him. I am getting less sleep now because of discomfort. Just this morning I joked to my husband,` Do you remember what sleep was like four years ago.` It gets better. But truely great sleep is a thing of the past.

i am 34 weeks and 4 days i get up every 2 hours to pee then it will take me at least 30 minutes to get comfortable so i may get 3 hours asleep at night but at least when the baby gets here i will be used to it but best of luck

I know I really shouldn`t complain about the no sleeping because I have to get used to it...but at this point I am zombie like and maternity leave doesn`t start until I go into labor!
