emy (131.1 days ago)I had it terribly in my left hand. Nothing helped. It went away immediately after I delivered
MoNtRiCe8488 (132.3 days ago)I was semi diagnoised with CTS before my pregnancy and now I sometimes get spasms during the day...I have a brace the I wear while sleeping...It helps very much
Jadedpoet (132.7 days ago)I got it in both of my hands at one point it just hurt so bad and I could see the main nerve in my hand bulge out. That is the only thing that`s swollen up on me during this pregnancy was that nerve and I`m 36 weeks now. What I did was soak my hand in really warm water and epsom salt.I tried ice on my hands in a zip lock bag but it just hurt more for me. I purchased two wrist braces from the drug store and would wear them all day and night on both wrists. I did this for maybe 3-4 days and then just slept with them on at night once the pain subsided. I also ate some fresh pineapples I cut up, because I read they help with inflammation.(not the canned ones) I`m doing great now but I know you can possibly get it back for a little bit after you deliver. Everyone is different, some may get it some may not. Some may get it immediately after delivery, if they do and some nearly a month afterward it just depends on your body. :-)
BoyStruckX2 (132.7 days ago)I had it from like 15 weeks on. I got arm braces from the local drug store that helped. Also propping my WRISTS up on pillows when I slept helped. Mine got a little worse after he was born and I really used the braces then. My wrist would almost just give out when I went to pick him up.
tiredmommy (132.7 days ago)I was diagnosed with it just 2-3 wks ago. (I`m 38 wks pregnant.) He suggested I try braces - especially at night. However, I haven`t bought them yet and probably won`t since I`m so close to delivery now. He said it should completely go away by the time I`m 6 wks postpartum or less.
