hey, my baby smiled from when he was born, but that`s just wind, lol. if your on about properly smileing its normally around 12 weeks.

Gabriela smiled in her sleep from day one but didnt start smiling at people/things until around 7 weeks. she is 9 weeks today and she still only smiles at us when she is in the mood. definitely not all the time yet.

I have 3d pictures on my page of my son smiling in utero at 30 weeks. He was born premature and ill at 3 pounds. 3 days later once off of the morphine, I have more pictures of him smiling. To this day it is his mission in life to smile at every person he sees! I`m lucky.
