ams8663 (115.2 days ago)my son did the same thing...babies in utero have their active days and days where they just wanna relax. Movement, whether vigorous or calm is still movement.
tto (116.9 days ago)If she turned and is facing your back, you won`t feel them so much, plus she is still itty bitty and not that strong. But of course tell your dr just to make sure.
femi (117.1 days ago)kick counts don`t have to start until about the 28th week. however, if you sense a noticeable different and want to be sure that he`s ok then get monitored at the ER or labor & delivery. before 28 weeks, movements can be rather random (or at least in terms of how we feel them). i remember feeling her more one day than another. it didn`t become steady--or show a pattern--until about 29-30 weeks. still, if you`re concerned, walk into the ER and have them monitor you real quick.
courtenay (117.1 days ago)its on and off, hard and light until like 24 weeks i think is what i read in the book. it can depend where and how they are lying/facing as well. lighter `kicks` could be elbows etc
gladek (117.1 days ago)Probably completely normal, but if you are concerned, the first thing you should do is call your doctor`s office...thats what they are there for!
hotpotaaaaato (117.1 days ago)very normal!
Kimber with 3 (117.2 days ago)That`s happened to me before with my second daughter. She would kick all the time when I first started to feel her, then she wouldn`t as much. I was always calling the doctor! To be assured he said that they go through periods like that. Just try to drink something really sweet qnd relax, you should feel more movement. It always worked for me. If you are that concerned go see you`re doctor. Hope that helps.
