i heard if your hands are swelling more then usual you should see your doc. and being shaky doesnt sound good. id check with your doc.

It could be pre-eclampsia, I had it with my first pregnancy and my symptoms were very similar, I would see a dr ASAP

you could have a blood sugar issue....either too high or too low...have you tried some warm sprite?
