bbcoop (1250.5 days ago) It cracks me up the several page lists my sisters have left for my mom over the years--she raised all of us just fine! I shouldn`t speak too soon since I may find myself doing the same, but c`mon I even had a page note written to me on how to feed my sister`s dog his frosty paws doggie ice cream once! lol
alex76 (1251.7 days ago) My daughter was 10 days late and came on 21st December, we had planned to stay for Xmas at my Mum`s who stays 70 miles away, but ended up going a week later. When we got there she said she would keep the baby all night if we were ok with it and we were to go to my sister`s who lived down the road. I`d had a section and she wanted to give me a good night`s sleep. I felt guilty at first but we did it and it was great, my daughter was totally comfortable with them and I slept for 14 hours! I 100% trust my baby with her grandma so it was ok for me but it`s completely up to you.

CassandraLee (1251.7 days ago) If you trust grandma and grandma feels comfortable, you can do it the next day if you want to. `I` didnt go anywhere for a long time after delivering. But I wouldnt have felt uncomfortable about leaving him home with my mom. I just wouldve missed him alot :D
