After the epidural,the contractions are fine. MY 1st I pushed for 2 hours and my muscles were all pulled and sore. My second was fine.( 2 pushes) To me just the bleeding was annoying. My third,( 8 pushes) His head was too big so the episotomy and my hips weres sore from my 10 lb baby...LOL

Thats such a relative question. Everyones experience is different, so what hurts most for one might not have been the worst for another. I was induced and had no epidural for many, many hours. I thought the contractions were aweful. Induced labors are way sucky. I ended up having a cesarean, so I wouldnt know about hoo-ha pain or pushing. But someone who does know about that wouldnt know about the pain of having to get up after having your stomach slashed up...Everyones experience is differnet
