hahaha i have wondered that myself with my fiance when it comes to cooking. i would have thought that since he was raised by a single mother like me he would be able to cook better. he can cook on the grill just dont ask him to make certain things. he made tacos one night and didnt see the taco seasoning on the back of the stove and of course didnt bother asking where some might be. ever had worschtershire tacos?? lol and i thought the candy tacos my ex made were bad. ill never let another man make tacos lol. oh and dont get me started on the sloppy joes he attempted he didnt look in the pantry for the sloppy joe sauce. and you guessed it, he made it with worschtershire (how ever its spelled) sauce.

my hubby tried cooking me breakfast one morning and almost burnt the house down. So he is never to step foot in my kitchen again. But to answer, yes I think that they do it wrong so that we don`t ask them to do it again.

My husband has admitted to loading the dishwasher just terribly lol so he doesn`t have to do it again. He also mixed the laundry once.. no good outcome on that either.. all my whites were red streaked from his workshirts. He is a good cook though.. that does take practice.

I have to admit im really lucky, DH love cooking so i get out of that one. We both share the chores but certain things are `My Jobs` and other are his. i.e. he cleans the cooker, the car, and does the garden. I do the bathroom and the full spring clean (lets face it no man thinks to clean skirting boards lol) but for the most of it we just both get on with it what ever needs doing and whoever is free to do it basically. No one should have to do everything, i dont believe in women being `homemakers` and men being `bread winners` lol

Haha. This was an episode of Everyone Loves Raymond...he pretends to be bad at household chores so wifey will just stop asking and do it `right` herself. I think all men are a little guilty of this...buggers.
