I took two pregnancy tests before having it confirmed by a pro, and the second one was only because I was in denial. I had symptoms starting around 3 days after conception (I have the luck of knowing when it happened), but I thought it was all mental. I didn`t take a pregnancy test until 3 weeks later at the bf`s insistence, and it was an instant positive (I was cramping terrible for a week and a half and thought I was starting my monthly so I was a little..shocked). I conceived around the 3rd of march and took the HPT on the 23rd..so I found out a few days later than my cycle start :D Everyone's hormones are different, you may not have significant levels of the pregnancy hormone (god I can't remember the name..hcg?) to show up yet on a pregnancy test.

Ok...I took five pregnancy tests all together. The first four were negative. I was testing before my missed period when I got the negative results. I tested on the day of my missed period and finally got the positive!! Hope this helps.

basically I tested once and I`m 16 days after I ovulated. I have all the symptoms minus nausea. I tested last night after I drank like 4 glasses of water at a restaurant but my fiance said he couldn`t wait so I tested and it was negative. Most people I`ve read either get it 8-15 dpo, but I`m asking when was the first Positive test they got if they kept getting negatives before.

With this baby, I am breastfeeding so I dont really even know how far along I am yet(breastfeeding made me very irregular). With my son my period was a week late before I got a positive. I tested two days after I was late and got a negative. I have no clue when I ovulated bc I had IVF with my son.

well kinda. I want to know how late people got their first BFP. I know people get them 9dp and such, but I want to see how many people get it later.

I am having a brain freeze but what does DPO stand for? Date possible ovulation?
