Maybe Im lucky, but mine go away soon after I get them. Its really weird. The deeper ones take longer but Im still pregnant and my boobs were covered but now they look normal again. The ones I got on my hips are purple still but the ones on the front of my belly... really weird.. they were purple then all of a sudden GONE. They`ve been coming and going for a while now and im 39 weeks.

I still have mine from 16 years ago! They never go away, you just add more with each pregnancy!

they never disappear... they just fade to a lighter color. My son is 3 and they just faded probably when he was 2

They never go away.. just fade as time passes. They turn a silvery color.. like a scar kinda. I still have my silvery ones from my 3 yr old and the red looking ones from my 6week old. Sux!

Stretchmarks are like scars, they may fade, but never go away.

They don`t disappear:(

Pembles (380.2 days ago)
They don`t go away. After about a year mine faded to a white colour so they were harder to see. Now they are back :(

lilmissk (380.2 days ago)
I don`t think stretchmarks go away. They may fade over time, but they don`t leave. My proof: my mom last gave birth 17 years ago, but still has stretch marks.

kevinsmilf08 (380.2 days ago)
They don`t disappear. They turn kind of white/ pale and are not as noticeable (I`m 5, almost 6 mo pp and mine are almost totally faded) but once theyre there, theyre there to stay! Unless you get plastic surgery! I`d rather have a nice rack again than get a tummy tuck, personally. HAHAHA!

lindz (380.2 days ago)
stretchmarks? i didnt get any :happy btw they stay.. like forever. they eventually turn kinda silvery.. but my mom still has some from when she delivered my youngest sister.. 21 years ago!

  3. I`m at 19 weeks, and just had my 20 week ultrasound a week early (thank you THANKSGIVING!!), am overjoyed to find out everything is A OK BUT I have `marginal Placenta previa` my midwife says she`s NOT concerned and that it will VERY VERY VERY likely move up on its own and I can deliver naturally and vaginally as planned, if not I have to have the dreaded C-section. Which i`m SO terrified over I get into a panic every time i think about it. So, my question is: Has anyone here HAD marginal placenta previa and had it move up by the time the baby is born?
  4. SWINE FLU JAB: have you had it? will you have it? my appointment came through the other day for december 1st but still dont know what to do!!!!

  8. Miscarriage or Retained placenta or something else? I had my son just over 3 months ago by emerg c-sec, i had my post partum bleeding and it was fine, lasted a few weeks but much less than i thought it would. I started taking my pill and over lapped two packs so i am having a period now, and today about two days in i felt this thing slipping down inside me and felt like it was going to push the tampon out, i went to the bathroom, removed tampon and then a large thing came out of me, i heard it hit the bowl, and it wasnt a blood clot, and so i picked it up ,GROSS i know, and it was about 2-3 inches in diameter and length, fleshy pinky grey colour and textured surface but was hard to see as it was covered in blood. I then panicked and flushed it away. I dont think it was placenta as after 3 months surely it would smell really bad and it didnt. SORRY FOR TMI
