Since most women are wearing the incorrect bra size, I would suggest visiting a department store or lingerie store that measures you.

go to www.balicompany.com, you can plug in the 2 measurements and it`ll tell you what your size should be.

Stores that sell lingerie will measure for you. Trust me you want to have the right bra size I didn`t and am breastfeeding and it caused all sorts of problems

The number is the size that you are around. The letter is the actual boob size or cup size. If feels good around you, then just try a D. You can go to a store and get fitted so you`ll know the right size for you!

well if it`s just your bbs than maybe a 36d but if you feel the bra is digging into your back and shoulders than i would up it to 38c or d...go to victoria secrets and they will measure you

It really all depends, I had the same problem, and am normally 34B, but found that a 36B worked for me. It really just all depends on what you need. I owuld try both a 38c and 38d.

  3. Do you or someone you know raise their now school aged child with attachment parenting (baby wearing, never ever allow the baby to cry it out, cosleeping, baby let snacks and feedings, etc) 8f so, how does the school aged child/ren compare to their peers?
