carla81 (1171.5 days ago) I`ve never been a smoker, but if I was I certainly would not do while pregnant OR breastfeeding. Everything that you eat, drink, smoke, snort or whatever goes into your system, therefore goes into your baby when they feed. Each to their own, but common sense would tell me it`s best not to.
Kevinsmilfx2 (1171.9 days ago) I quit the day I found out I was pregnant... Omg, it was SO easy. I started lightly/ socially smoking a few weeks after I delivered. Just a cigarette here and there maybe one night a week when we`d go out for drinks with friends. I`d pump and dump those nights. Then, after I stopped bfing, I started full blown smoking again. Ugh. I started having chest pain and heart palpitations. So I quit again. :-D No more smoking for me!!!
mamamia76 (1171.9 days ago) I quit when I was trying to get prego with my first. I hadn`t really thought if I was going to start again, but I didn`t. It is just a nasty habit that may cut my time with my child short. It just didn`t seem worth it!
RobinG (1171.9 days ago) Wouldnt ever consider it ~ I was a smoker when I got pregnant and stopped soon as I found out I was preggers ~ that was 14 years ago :)
googie32 (1171.9 days ago) I don`t smoke at all...plus it`s so harmful to not only yourself but your kids and I would never put their health at risk.
