carla81 (1166.2 days ago) After Kyan was born I didn`t really do any exercise except a bit of walking and swimming. When he was 8 months old I rejoined my gym and started going 3 days a week and do pilates, body stpe/combat classes and a few light weights. It`s sumemr time here in Australia so I`m swimming again. I`ve always been very happy with my weight and lost just about all of it straight after having Kyan but on about 8lbs after I stopped breastfeeidng. I don`t necessarily want to lose weight, I just want to be in good shape before we decide to have another. I love doing the classes at my gym - lots of fun!
gabezbabe (1166.3 days ago) Im 33 weeks and i go swimming every day at my gym. It keeps me from getting back pains! I do 30 minutes on the treadmil 3 days a week too. Then I go home and stuff my face lol :)
