Technically speaking, I think you can get pregnant immediately. The hormone is no longer in your body stopping fertilization. Some women dont get pregnant right away after stopping birth control, but its possible to get pregnant right away.

  10. I`m at 19 weeks, and just had my 20 week ultrasound a week early (thank you THANKSGIVING!!), am overjoyed to find out everything is A OK BUT I have `marginal Placenta previa` my midwife says she`s NOT concerned and that it will VERY VERY VERY likely move up on its own and I can deliver naturally and vaginally as planned, if not I have to have the dreaded C-section. Which i`m SO terrified over I get into a panic every time i think about it. So, my question is: Has anyone here HAD marginal placenta previa and had it move up by the time the baby is born?
