We had some yarn and passed it around, each guest had to cut a piece of yarn to the size they thought my belly was. whoever was closest wins.

I think the best game I ever played at a shower was `Guess what item is in the bag`. They took about 10 lunch sized brown paper bags and put various baby items in each bag (i.e nasal aspirator, baby wipe case, pacifier, diaper rash cream, etc..really random stuff). Then, each bag was folded down and closed (stapled shut) and numbered. The guests passed them around and wrote down what they thought was in them. There is also a game where you take paper plates and crayons and you have the people put the plate on top of their head and proceed to try and draw a baby. They one with the best lookng/most resembles baby wins a prize. Or the game where you have mini pacifiers on a string and you hand them out to everyone. Whenever someone says the word baby you take the pacifier from them, or who ever hears them say baby takes it away. The person with the most pacifiers at the end of the shower wins. Just some thoughts..

We didn`t play games at my shower. Instead we put a poem in the invite. Something like..To bring some glee to the parents to be bring a unwrapped package of diapers, any size and get your name in a drawing for a prize. It worked out nice. My little girl is now 4 months and we still haven`t had to buy diapers and I don`t think we`ll need to for another 2 months if not longer.

At my shower we played a game called make a baby. Everyone got some playdough and had about 3-5 minutes to make a baby. Then I got to be the judge! I wasn`t allowed to know who made each one. The babies were hilarious! My guests liked it and so did I. Another game they seemed to enjoy was guessing how big around my bely was. They all got to measure off a piece of string and whoever came the closest won. Some people were WAy off which was amusing for sure. Anyway, I hope you have fun!

Well I like the purse scavenger hunt. You make a list of items like a nail clipper, a photo, a french fry, a toy, snacks, a coupon etc and whoever has the most stuff in there purse wins. Also you buy about 5-10 baby products and have ppl guess the prices, whoever is closest wins. Another is have ppl bring in a baby photo of themselves and then everyone has to guess who is who. Another is getting some mini closepins and giving everyone about 3 or 4 and make a `magic` word nobody can say and if someone says it than you get a clothespin taken away. Whoever has the most pins at the end wins. I have alot more but those are my favorites :-)
