jenl645 (1134 days ago) I had bought a Wee Block but it way to hard to keep on there....as soon as he moves it falls off, so we bought extra burp cloths and throw one of them over top of his penis when we change him. If he pees, the rag catches it.
jennii (1134.1 days ago) hahahha i dont think you can do anything BUT have that nappy open and ready to put on as soon as the old one comes off hahaha my hubby got pee in his MOUTH! hahahaha
jessberr31 (1134.5 days ago) I had always opened up the diaper a little and blew into it so he would just pee and get it over with. I also liked to use a dry washrag to put over it so if he would pee it would soak up the pee. A wipe is already wet and isn`t that great at soaking it up so it may get all over the surface your changing him on or clothes if they aren`t all the way outta the way. Also, my boys did this for a long time, so it may depend on your son as far as how long it goes on for. I don`t know about running to the potty with a tiny baby, lol! That seems like a bit much IMO.
busymommyof3 (1134.5 days ago) I generally dont have that problem unless I am cleaning a poopy diaper and he squeezes I have gotten sprayed so I put a wipe over it.
luvbeingamom (1134.5 days ago) After a while they will no longer do that. But in the mean time, use a wipe. Also try to keep him warm when changing him. The reason they pee is b/c of the sudden cold. Keep him covered, when my son was first born he would pee on everyone, so we actually put the new diaper under the old one and cover the old one with the new one, then slide the old one out. Good Luck!
carla81 (1134.5 days ago) You could placing a baby wipe over his peepee so that if he does a wee when changing him you won`t get sprayed. My son only did this a few times when he was a newborn and has never done it since. So maybe it`s just a `new` baby thing?
