lisareader (1129.3 days ago) Sure, no problem - it was easy. Message me!
emy (1130 days ago) ditto mamacakes. I steamed, and then pureed in the blender, poured into ice cube trays to freeze and then transferred to tupperware! It really is easy. I woul try to get everything done in one day and it would make enough for a month. It only took about two hours since you can get all your burners going at once! good luck and let me know if you have any questions
nmck (1130.4 days ago) I was going to post a website for you, but Elijah`s Mom beat me to it! That is the website I always look stuff up on. It is great!
monica9 (1130.5 days ago) Sure. I have the book....so easy baby food by joan ahlers and cheryl tallman. It is a great book. Basically, all your fruits and veggies need to be washed, peeled cut into smaller pieces, put in a microwave safe bowl with 2 tbs of water, cover, microwave until soft enough to process (dont over cook or you will take out nutrients) and let cool down a little and put in blender. puree until smooth and add water as needed. it is so easy. Then you freeze them in ice cube trays and then store in a freezer safe bowl in freezer for up to 3 months. just take as many as you need out and let thaw or microwave for about 20 sec. soooooo easy!! Avacado and banana dont need cooking. just make sure they are ripe and mash until the right consistency.
For meat- boil, cut up, put in blender and it will end up like a powder. Add water and puree. easy!
mamacakes (1130.5 days ago) cook/steam and puree` LOL....thats it.....except bananas..they dont need to be cooked before puree`ing.....after preparing the food i poor it into ice cube trays and freeze for storing. Make sure you label the tray though so you know whats in it! LOL Each cube is 1 ounce of food. If you go on e-bay you can purchase Ice cube trays from Tupperware....they come with lids...its what i use!
