With my son I was 41 weeks and he showed no signs of ever coming out. With this one I chose an elective induction bc we moved far away from our families and want to make sure everyone can be there.

I was 3 days overdue and NO signs of a baby coming anytime soon. It was a terrible experience with the induction, 36 hours and almost needed a c section because she was huge and her head was face up which makes it more difficult to push out.

I was induced on my due date... but my due date shifted a couple of time early in my pregnancy. After Anna was born, she had all the signs of being at least 1-2 weeks overdue.

and i my fluid was low to begin with and they had to monitor it like megans. mine was at 5 by the time i went into labor.

My water broke and started trickling for 2 days and still nothing was progressing. My cervix was still as long and hard as it could be and no dilation so they had to.

i was induced because my fluid levels were dangerously low, you are supposed to be any where from 15 to 20 cubic centimeters and was all the way down to 3 cubic centimeters! I was 37 weeks along, so they weren`t worried too much about her health.

With my 1st I got pre-clampsia at 37 weeks. I generally have a high risk preg anyway cos of my kidneys and high BP. With my 2nd I was induced again at 37 weeks cos BP went up, did not develop pre-e in 2nd preg though

We had elective induction at 39 weeks. Main reason is the hospital my Dr deliverers at doesn`t expect my insurance. So my Dr applied for rights at another hospital so he could deliver our little girl.

I was almost to my due date, and not making anymore progress, so she decided to induce me on that particular Friday, because she was on call @ the hospital & she knew I would need to be induced the following week anyway, so... that`s why.

omg i was nearly 2 weeks late! he ended up being way to big and after being in labor for 39 hours they finally gave me a c section.
