This is my forte- I`m an elementary school teacher, this is what we do! Ready: Sun, wind breezy to strong- just change the intensity of the lines, rain- from a sprinkle (little tiny drops) to a heavy rain with great big drops, cloudy, partly cloudy, thunderstorm clouds with lightening, snow- a few flakes for flurries to lots of flakes for a heavy snow, add wind for a blizzard, use a combo of snowflakes and rain streaks for sleet. Then you can get into clothes dictated by weather: winter hat, mittens, gloves, coat, snowboots, raincoat, golashes, shorts, swimming suit. You could get into activities dictated by the weather: snow skiing, snowball fight, snowman, snowangel, walking patterns in the snow, etc., swimming, jumping in fall leaves, etc. Then like lilmissk said, you could get into the seasons and that opens up much more. Like courtenay said you could use weather tools: thermometer, barometer, rain gauge, weather vane, etc. Does that help?

Could the different seasons be related to the weather? You could have a section for winter (snow, bare trees, etc.), spring (flowers, rain), etc...
