Yes its normal it happened to me with all 3 of my kids. with my 2nd baby i got a UTI. I know this sounds disgusting but if it hurts extremely bad and if you have a sits bath or whatever fill it with water and pee in it..you`d be suprised how much of a relief it is..the doctor told me to do that and i didn`t have to cringe every time i had to go pee.

its normal for them to burn a bit for about 6 weeks but i found that when u pee if it burns at the back then lean right forward and if at the front lean right back.....its not much but it helped me out everytime

I`ve had three babies and it happened to me everytime for longer than 4 weeks.

Yes this happened with me also. I was convinced that something was wrong but when I went in for my 6 week check the doc said that everything was fine-that is takes alot longer for some women to heal and I believe it was around the 6 week mark when it did--but it was still sensitive.

I`m not sure if its normal or not, all I can compare it to is my experience. Ive had stitches after all 3 of my births, for me It was already much less painful after only 1 week. It was a little tender for a few weeks but no stinging and itching after around two weeks. It may be normal but I would get it checked out, thats a lot longer than I took to heal.
