I found a great sling when I had my third kid. It is called the Over the shoulder baby holder. It is AWESOME!!! It can be used well into toddler years. To answer neverpreggers comment - ring slings are adjustable, thus no need for sizing. Hotslings, however, you do need to get the proper size. They having a sizing chart on their website.

I followed a mom around a store once til I got her attention to ask what sling she had ~ it is only found online now I think. It was a peanutshell made of mircofiber. It was amazing! No buckles, straps etc etc and soft and flexible ~ best one I`ve ever seen :) I saw many on ebay and target.com. Has to be the microfiber one.

The sleepy wrap seems to be the same as the moby, which is a wrap, not a sling. Are you looking for a sling specifically, or just a carrier? I have a hotsling, a ring sling, a baby bjorn, and a moby wrap, and prefer the moby.
