tto (1084.8 days ago) It`s part of getting rid of the extra pregnancy fluids- gravity pulls them into your ankles and feet and even your bum. I think drinking lots of water was suppose to help!
wisfarmgirl (1084.9 days ago) My ankles were super swollen the last trimester. After giving birth the swelling went down significantly. Within two weeks they were back to normal.
Poppy~Ella~Rae (1084.9 days ago) my feet and ankles are just getting back to normal and my baby is 11 weeks old! i had alot of water and they hurt so much i couldnt wear my normal size shoes! im just managing to fit back into them nowx
happyforest (1085.3 days ago) yep as soon as he was out the swelling started and i looked like a fattie! esp in my face... i was back to normal withing a couple days
MoNtRiCe8488 (1085.3 days ago) Wow I had swelling start the day I was being discharged form the hospital- so I stayed 4 days due to a c-section. It lasted about 4 days after I came home
Tara83 (1085.4 days ago) LOL.. I remember my insanely large feet like it was yesterday. They day we came home from the hospital it was the middle of winter here and just after a huge snow storm. My feet were so swollen I could not get my shoes on, of course being so over emotional I cried haha. My feet were 3 times the size they normally are it blew my mind.
Maybe it does have something to do with a longer labor as mommom said because my labor lasted 36 hours.
ARMYMOM (1085.4 days ago) I didn`t have any swelling until I got home from the hospital.. I thought that was weird too.
MummyLJ (1085.4 days ago) Mine got so big I couldn`t even wear shoes home from the hospital. I had to put on thick socks and hobble through the snow!
